jp888 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Platform" means the jp888 website accessible at jp888.one and all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, and game lobbies operated by jp888.
• "Account" means the individual member account created and maintained by a registered user of jp888, including the IDR wallet, transaction history, and account settings associated with that registration.
• "Member" or "User" means any natural person who has completed the jp888 registration process, passed identity verification (KYC), and holds an active jp888 Account.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Member on a game, event, or outcome available through the jp888 Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, reload offer, or other non-cash incentive granted to a Member by jp888 under the terms of a specific promotion.
• "IDR" or "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the exclusive currency in which all jp888 Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers are denominated.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone referenced in these Terms for service hours, event schedules, and transaction processing windows.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process that jp888 conducts before approving a Member's first withdrawal and at any point jp888 deems necessary to comply with its licensing obligations and responsible gaming standards.

To be eligible to register a jp888 Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active:

1. You are a natural person aged 21 years or older.
2. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling activity is not prohibited under the laws specifically applicable to you as an individual.
3. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
4. You do not hold any existing jp888 Account, whether active, suspended, or closed. jp888 permits only one Account per Member, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Duplicate Accounts will be closed and any balance therein may be forfeited.
5. You have not been self-excluded from jp888 or asked jp888 to apply any voluntary exclusion restriction to your Account that remains in force.
6. You are not a current or recent employee, officer, director, or contractor of jp888, nor an immediate family member of such a person, unless jp888 has given express written consent to your Account registration.

jp888 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to request documentary evidence of age, identity, address, or source of funds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by jp888 may result in Account suspension or closure.

To use the jp888 Platform, you must complete the registration process accurately and in full. You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information when creating your Account, including your full legal name as it appears on your national identification document, a valid Indonesian mobile number, and a secure password of your choosing.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jp888 Account credentials — including your username and password. jp888 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP on your Account. You must notify jp888 immediately via the official support channel if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

jp888 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure or your failure to notify jp888 promptly upon discovering unauthorised account access. All activity conducted through your Account, including all Wagers placed and all deposits made, is deemed to have been conducted by you unless you have reported a security incident in accordance with this clause.

jp888 is required to verify the identity and age of all Members as a condition of its licensing obligations. KYC verification is mandatory before jp888 will process a Member's first withdrawal request. jp888 reserves the right to initiate the KYC process at any time, including prior to the first withdrawal, when a Member's cumulative deposit or withdrawal volume reaches internal thresholds, or when jp888's risk management systems flag an Account for review.

The standard KYC documents required by jp888 are as follows:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, full-colour copy of a valid government-issued photo ID — Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or driving licence. The document must be valid at the time of submission and the Member's date of birth must be clearly legible.
• Proof of Address: A recent bank statement, utility bill, or government-issued document showing the Member's full name and residential address. Documents must be dated within the preceding 90 days.
• Proof of Payment Method: If deposits have been made via a bank account or e-wallet, jp888 may request confirmation that the payment method belongs to the Member — for example, a screenshot of the banking app showing the account holder name matching the jp888 Account.

KYC documents must be submitted via the secure upload facility in your jp888 Account settings. jp888 will process submitted KYC documents within three business days and will notify the Member of the outcome via the registered email or mobile contact. jp888 may request additional documents if those submitted do not meet the required standard of clarity or completeness.

All deposits to your jp888 Account are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). jp888 accepts deposits via the following channels:

Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in the same name as the jp888 Account. jp888 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts where the jp888 Member is not the primary account holder, or any account belonging to a person who is not the registered jp888 Member. Deposits made from non-matching payment accounts may be returned and the jp888 Account may be subject to review.

jp888 does not charge deposit fees on the methods listed above, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply transaction fees independently. jp888 accepts no responsibility for fees levied by third-party financial institutions. Processing times stated above are indicative targets and not contractual guarantees; actual crediting may vary during periods of high transaction volume or bank system maintenance.

Members may request withdrawal of their available Account balance at any time subject to the conditions set out in this clause. Withdrawal requests are processed during standard service hours: 08:00–23:00 WIB, seven days a week. Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed at the commencement of the next service window.

The following conditions must be satisfied before jp888 will process a withdrawal request:

1. The Member's KYC verification has been completed and approved by jp888.
2. The withdrawal destination account is in the same name as the registered jp888 Account holder.
3. Any active Bonus funds associated with the withdrawal amount have had their wagering requirements fully met. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal and will be forfeited upon request.
4. The withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold of Rp 100.000.
5. The Account is not subject to any active security review, dispute investigation, or compliance hold.

jp888 targets a withdrawal processing time of under five minutes from approval for standard bank transfer and e-wallet requests during operating hours. Processing times may be extended during bank system maintenance windows or when additional verification is required. jp888 will not be held liable for delays caused by the recipient bank or e-wallet provider's own processing systems.

jp888 may from time to time offer Bonuses and promotions to Members, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and seasonal festive offers. All Bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this clause as well as any specific terms communicated in the individual promotion details page.

The following general Bonus terms apply to all jp888 promotions unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms:

• Bonuses are valid for use on jp888 only and have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements have been fulfilled.
• Each promotion is available once per Member, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless the promotion expressly states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity window specified on the individual promotion. Bonus credits that remain unwagered at the expiry of the validity window will be removed from the Account automatically.
• jp888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that the rights of Members who have already claimed and are actively wagering a Bonus are not retroactively affected.
• Bonuses may be subject to game-type restrictions or contribution weightings — for example, bets placed on certain slot titles may contribute 100% of the stake toward wagering requirements, while bets on live baccarat or roulette may contribute at a lower rate. All games available on jp888 — including live casino titles (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and others), RNG table games, slot machine games, sportsbook markets, and poker tournament events — are governed by individual game rules published within each game's interface or on the relevant product page. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the game-specific rules, the game-specific rules prevail for the purposes of determining the validity of a bet or the payout on a specific outcome.

Wagers are binding and irrevocable once confirmed by the Member. jp888 will not void, reverse, or refund a confirmed Wager on the basis of a Member's change of mind or misunderstanding of the applicable game rules. jp888 reserves the right to void a Wager or sporting bet if:

• The Wager was placed on odds, a game outcome, or a market that was incorrectly displayed due to a technical error or data feed malfunction.
• The outcome of the event was known at the time the Wager was placed.
• There is reasonable evidence that the Member exploited a software error, a pricing anomaly, or a connectivity issue to obtain an unfair advantage.
• The event to which the Wager relates is cancelled or abandoned under circumstances that are defined as void-market triggers in the sportsbook rules.

The random number generators (RNGs) used in all jp888 RNG-based games are independently certified by accredited testing laboratories. • Losses attributable to your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses arising from your use of a compromised account due to your failure to maintain password security or enable 2FA.

Nothing in this clause limits jp888's liability for death or personal injury caused by jp888's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by jp888. jp888's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your jp888 Account in the calendar month immediately preceding the claim.

All intellectual property rights in and to the jp888 Platform — including the website design, software, source code, databases, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, game designs (to the extent owned by jp888), text, graphics, and promotional materials — are owned by or licensed to jp888 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without jp888's prior written consent. Game content owned by third-party game studios (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, and PG Soft) is subject to the intellectual property rights of those respective studios.

jp888 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. Continued use of the jp888 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with the account closure process described on the jp888 Login page and in the Account Settings section.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws applicable under jp888's international gaming licence jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute arising between jp888 and a Member regarding these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through jp888's internal customer support escalation process. jp888 targets resolution of all formal disputes within 10 business days of receipt of a written complaint submitted to the official support contact address.

Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence. jp888 acknowledges that Members accessing the Platform from Indonesia are subject to Indonesian consumer protection standards as they apply to cross-border digital services, and jp888's dispute resolution process is designed to be accessible to Indonesian Members operating in WIB time zone.
